Cream cheese is one of my favorite foods. Since I changed my lifestyle to organic only, I stopped eating cream cheese, being it wasnt good for me. When I discovered this recipe, i jumped in, wishing to create this cream cheese in an organic way. So I did. And Man is it good!!
