Vegetable Quiche

Ingredients:

3 medium onions, sautéed

1 red pepper

3 medium green squash

3 medium yellow squash

4 Meant To Be eggs

1 package Meant To Be Colby cheese

Instructions:

  1. First, sauté the vegetables in an open pot until the liquid from the vegetables has cooked down
  2. Once ready, beat eggs and add to the vegetables. Season with your preferred spices
  3. Then, bake the mixture at 350°F for 30 minutes
  4. Top with Colby cheese.
  5. Continue baking until the cheese has turned a golden-brown color
